Application and characteristics
1. This machine is suitable for continuous, large-scale half-break blanking of double-layer non-metallic materials with laser wood die.
2. The conveying part is controlled by PLC, the material is input from one side of the machine by servo motor, and output from the other side after half breaking die cutting, to ensure accurate feeding and smooth running; And the feeding length can be easily adjusted through the touch screen (human-machine interface).
3. The host adopts four-column guide, double crank connecting rod balance, four-column block fine-tuning mechanism to ensure the die cutting speed and accuracy of the machine, and all sliding connection parts adopt central oil supply automatic lubrication device to minimize wear.
4. A photoelectric protection device is installed on the operating surface of the cutting area to ensure the safety of the operator.
5. The discharging part of the machine is equipped with a tension control device to keep the material tense during conveying and prevent the material from running off.
