A. Working principle and use:

The grinding medium and materials in the tank of the light drum ball mill are lifted to a certain height with the rotation of the cylinder, and are separated from the cylinder wall along the parabola due to the action of gravity. Under the impact, rolling and sliding of the grinding medium, the materials produce high-energy impact, shear and rolling to achieve the process purposes of grinding, grinding, dispersion, mixing, alloying and sphericity.

Light roller ball mill is a medium and mass production of ultrafine grinding equipment, widely used in electronic materials, magnetic materials, ceramic glaze paste, metal powder, non-gold minerals, new materials and other industries.

Structure and size of ball mill tank

1.Grinding tank structure: the inner cylinder is a straight cylinder structure, the cylinder body and the plates on both sides are made of 304 stainless steel, the two side walls are reinforced to connect the two ends of the shaft, and the inner liner is lined with 20mm alumina U-shaped card slot brick.

2. A grinding mouth is opened on the cylinder body (both a feeding mouth and a discharge mouth) with a solid grinding cover and a net ball discharge grinding cover. The grinding cover and discharging screen are fastened by quick locking device.

3. Cylinder with exhaust device.

4. The reference size inside the grinding tank is Φ542×576mm.

Ceramic inner cylinder

The inner cylinder wall is lined with alumina bricks with a thickness of 20mm, and the bricks are equipped with U-shaped card slot. The glue is resistant to wear-resistant and chemical solvents such as toluene, alcohol, propyl acetate and isobutanol.
