On July 24-26, at LITH's factory, we welcomed customers from Thailand who purchased a cylindrical PACK line for pre shipment inspection. We conducted a three-day equipment inspection, during which our engineers fully cooperated with the client, checking the machine performance item by item against the parameter table, and teaching the client how to operate and maintain the equipment in the future. Our factory recently welcomed a group of customers from Colombia who visited our state-of-the-art battery assembly line equipment. The visit commenced with a fruitful meeting in the conference room. Our team provided the customers with detailed insights into the various equipment and functionalities of our battery assembly line, along with the latest advancements in battery technology and production processes. Subsequently, the customers had the opportunity to personally tour our battery assembly line equipment. The following are the equipment they visited, along with their respective functions: Battery Sorting Machine: This equipment automates the sorting of batteries based on their internal resistance values, enhancing production efficiency and product quality. Battery Insulation Sticker Machine: This device applies insulation stickers to the positive terminals, ensuring the safety and reliability of the battery packs. Automatic Spot Welding Machine: The spot welding machine securely and reliably connects the battery packs using nickel strips. CCD Testing Machine: This equipment verifies the correct placement of the positive and negative terminals in the battery packs, ensuring high-quality products. Battery Testing Machine: This testing instrument conducts comprehensive tests on battery capacity and other functionalities, ensuring compliance with high standards.
