5) Automatic test system: used to test the performance and reliability of assembled battery components. It can conduct capacity test, cycle test and high temperature test, and record and analyze test results.

6) Automatic packaging system: used for packaging and packaging the tested and sorted battery components. It can automatically put the battery components into the packaging box and affix labels and instructions.

7) Control system: used to control the operation of the entire assembly line, including automatic feeding, automatic dispensing, automatic welding, automatic sorting, automatic testing and automatic packaging system. It can monitor and control the operation of each step to ensure the quality and productivity of components.

8) Safety protection system: used to ensure the safety of operators and equipment. It can monitor and control the operation status of the equipment, avoid unnecessary risks and damage, and ensure the reliability and long-term stability of the equipment.

These machines can be fully automated or semi-automated, depending on the production volume and requirements. The machines can also be customized to meet specific production needs, such as different battery pack configurations and sizes.
